iexplorer error

Steven

I dont know if this is the forum for this but here we go:

When I go into a few websites I will get an error message:

iexplore has caused an error in JSCRIPT.DLL.
Iexplore will now close.

If you continue to experience problems,
try to restart your computer.

--- or ---

iexplore has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL.
Iexplore will now close.

If you continue to experience problems,
try to restart your computer.

Why is it doing this? Is it a virus?

If it is a virus can I download something like Norton 360 and it will detect
and correct it?

Thank you for your help.

Not, it's not the right place. IE is not part of Office. Try posting in an
IE newsgroup; I'm sure someone will be able to get you fixed up.

This forum is for Microsoft Office and not Internet Explorer. That said,
what version of IE and what operating system are you using?
