import/export wizard has disappeared

I added Business Contact Manager to my Outlook 2003 and now the import/export
option does not appear under the "file" menu. I've looked offline and online
for help, run repair, and still have no way of exporting my data so I have a
backup (and to use in other programs). Does anyone have any idea how to
access it or reinstall the wizard?

You shouldn't use the import/export function to backup anyway. Close Outlook
and make a copy of your pst file. (Unless you are using Exchange Server....)
