Import Timesheet With Deleted Values

Hi There,

I have an issue where I try to import a timesheet to "My Tasks" after
deleting a value from a cell in the Timesheet grid, the problem is that
Project Server doesn't recognize the changes (that came from deleting old
values "i.e. not replacing it with a zero or anything), while if you
overwrite the "empty" cell with zero (0) the calculations are performed with
no issues.... anyone has the same issues.. any ideas on how to fix it??

For example:
1- Enter Actual Work for Task A on Monday 8 Hrs
2- Save Timesheet
3- Import Timesheet from My Tasks ----> up to here everything is normal
4- Go Back to the Timesheet
5- Delete the 8 Hrs
6- Save the Timesheet
7- Import the Timesheet from My Tasks ---> the calculations is wrong
"Remaining Work will be [Orginal Remaining Work] + [the deleted value of 8
Hrs]!!!!! , also the actual hours reads 8 not 0.

Thanks Gary,

I've kind of figured out this workaround (as you can see from the body of my
question) I hoped that there were some kind of a "fix".. I guess I'll wiat
and see if it is fixed in SP2 :).

Cheers,
Laith

Type zero in the cell rather than trying to delete the value.
