Hi All,
Environment:
Microsoft Excel 2003 SP2
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2003 SP1
Issue:
I have been transfering data into our sharepoint application using the
Import from Spreadsheet method without problem until this week. I am getting
the following error message when attempting import:
"Method 'Publish' of object 'ListObject' failed"
After some digging around I found a user who had a similar issue but he was
using Excel 2007 and he resolved it by editing his/her EXPTOOWS.xla file.
Our Web Server has had some additional software installed recently (I never
had this issue before this new software was installed), see below:
Microsoft SOAP Toolkit 3.0
SQLXML 3.0 SP3
Has anyone come across this before? and would the recently installed
software have caused any issues?
