I keep getting error 1913. Setup cannot update file
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\mapisvc.inf Verify that the file exists in your system &
that you have sufficient permissions to update it.
The file does exist & This program runs without a hitch in XP Home & on my
notebook with Vista Business X32
