Installing Outlook 2002 over trial Office 2003

Good morning,
I am looking for a solution - hope you can help.
I have a trial version of Office 2003 on my pc (which has run out), which I
am not sure whether I will convert to a full product.
However, in the meantime I have tried to install the full version of Outlook
2002 that I recieved with my Ipaq. This caused all sorts of issues and when
trying to open 2002 version the 2003 trial version would open and then say
not working.
I therefore changed the Office 2003 settings and removed Outlook 2003. I
then tried to re-install Outlook 2002. The installation process appeared to
work, but it reverted back to the product key for the 2003 trial, not the key
for Outlook 2002.
When I then opened Outlook 2002 it would not open any of the applications
within it, the Calander, contacts etc were not showing as available.
Therefore, how do I install Outlook 2002 over the top of the trial Office
2003 and get all of the functions working properly so that I can sync with my
ipaq ?
Many thanks in advance
Rich

Only a single version of OL can be installed
You should uninstall any trial version prior to installing any other version
of Office, or its components.
OL2002 cannot read an OL2003 data file.

Purchasing Office2003 online through a retailer will be cheaper than
converting via MS, allways assuming 2003 version is available, as it has
been superceded by 2007
