Issues with Delegate receiving private meeting requests

My delegate receives all of my meeting requests, except for those marked
"private". I have selected the option for her to be able to view all of my
private items and she can see the full details of my private appointments on
my calendar. This creates a problem since I have very few private
appointments, and they are getting missed and not added to my calendar. What
setting can I change so she can view private meeting requests?
