Kill connection on ISA

Hi,
I have a network of a bunch of PCs running under DC.
In that same network, I have an ISA sever and an Exchange server (access
through ISA.)
Recently, I noticed some inbound connections established with my ISA server
on different ports amongst which was the SMTP port. How to:
1 - Kill an established connectioin.
2 - Instruct ISA to ban connections with a particular IP address or range.
3 - Close specific ports.

Thanks
Yba
