Need download english version for messenger. My original Mac OS is japanese based language and I had japanese version for messenger already installed in my computer ,how can I turn japanese language into english?

In the System Preferences make sure you have English as a language
selected from the 'Input Menu' in the International preference pane.
If you need to go between the two check 'Show input menu in menu bar'

That would be for typing, not to change the language the menus are
displayed in.
Messenger ahppens to be a multilingual app. In the International
Preferpane, you can select English as your default language and the next
time you launch the application it should be in English (and so will all
other applications supporting the same design)
