I just upgraded to Office 2003. When I attempt to open and run Outlook, it
starts to load than a window - "Microsoft LDAP Directory" - displaying
certain settings pops up. No matter what action I take (cancel, ok, change
settings), when I close the window, after a few seconds Outlook closes with
the popup message "Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenienct." I have tried
reinstalling Office 2003 and Outlook 2003, but the problem continues.
