My VP is running Outlook 2003 - we are using exchange 2003. She has a
Blackberry were she received an email last night and read it. Upon coming
into work this morning she could not find that email in Outlook. We did a
search and the email was found "unread" in her deleted items. I checked all
her rules and nothing related to the sender, subject etc was in a rule. Any
idea how the email may have ended up in the deleted? She did not delete it
on the BB, it was still there showing read. This only happened to 1 email
as well - none of her others. Any help would be appreciated as she wants an
answer and I'm stumped on this one.
