Message based assert detected errors in Project Server 2003.

Hello Experts,

I have several message based errors hitting my project server 2003 app event
log. They start about 13 minutes after I have the daily reminder emails set
to go out. They go from the project server over the wan to a large corporate
smtp relay across the country. Can you please help me flush them out?

These seven errors keep repeating
