Microsoft Money

They don't have a forum for Money (that I can find) so maybe somoene can help
me. I tried to sign in and it said my password was wrong. I knew this
wasn't true because it saves my password and it was already typed in there.
I tried to log on over and over. Then I decided to reset my password. When
I did it reused the same password, it said "it must different from your last
password" and I was like AHA. So it is my password and Money is just a piece
of crap. SO I reset it and now it still says my password is wrong, even
though I just reset it and I know what it was. I tried to log on to "live
help" but they want the product ID which I can't get unless I log IN to Money
(which I can't do). MS should spend less trying to thwart customer service
and more time servicing their customers. They are ridiculous. My husband
works there even, but I still think they suck. T

If you're using Outlook Express to access the newgroups Money can be found

Guess you didn't look very hard. Since you are posting from the
Microsoft web interface, go to

.. If you decide to ask there, you might want to tell them what version
of Money you have.

This would be my guess:

You posted from the Microsoft Discussion Groups. When you didn't find Money
listed under Office, you could have tried another category. Home and
Entertainment is just 5 entries up. It *appears* that you looked under
Office, didn't find it there, but posted anyway.

Like I said - just a guess.

Search Microsoft.com for:

produces a link to "Money assistance" and the discusion group link is on
that page
