When I first turn on computor; I get, pop-up saying : Either there is a no
fault mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the
messagingrequest. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as default
mail. I hit the"OK" box; then I get the following pop-up: Window Installer.
It says "Preparing To Install ". After approximately one minute, I get

Verify that the patch package exsists and that you can access it, or contact
the application vendor to verify that it is a valid Windows Installer patch
