Topic #1: Security in Microsoft Project Server 2007
Speaker: James Downey, PMP
Description: James will explain how to set up security in Microsoft
Project Server through the use of groups, categories, templates,
global permissions, securable objects, and templates, to show that the
Project Server security system is highly flexible and maintainable
when properly planned and configured.

Speaker Bio: James, a technical architect and project manager for
Allin Consulting, understands the platform from a technical and
business process perspective. James serves on the board of MPA Silicon
Valley and the review committee for the International Institute of
Business Analysis (IIBA) Guide to the Business Analysis Body of
Knowledge (BABOK).

Topic #2: Requirements - Critical to Success
Speaker: Shuly Cooper
Description: The most expensive quality faults are introduced during
the Requirements Phase, while the highest density of faults is
introduced during the Design Phase. Shuly will provide examples from
the software industry, as well as other industries, and will introduce
methods to mitigate these troubles.
