Each person is different from every other person - they are unique.
But, we are all more alike than we are different. Many persons have
attempted to understand the similarities that exist within these
differences. Astrology was an early effort to accomplish that. Myers-
Briggs Type Indicator can be used to establish individual preferences
and promote a more constructive use of the differences between people.
The positive, people-oriented nature of personality types makes it an
appropriate technique for the workplace. As Project Manager, you rely
heavily on others and must be tuned into each individual's needs,
preferences, and styles. This presentation will focus on helping you
become a people expert.
