Microsoft Word 2002 error

I'm recieving the below error report upon open MS Word
2002. My Document go into a recovery mode. Any suggest
for a fix. I have removed word serveral time and
reinstall. The problem has on appeared in remote desk top.

Faulting application winword.exe, version 10.0.5815.0,
faulting module hpzpm308.dll, version 2.224.2.0, fault
address 0x00032923.
