Problem in Microsoft Word XP

When I open a Word Document the Following Error Presents

Faulting application winword.exe, version 10.0.2627.0, faulting module
hpzpm308.dll, version 2.223.0.0, fault address 0x00030fa3.

The "hpzpm308.dll" identifies the problem's source as the HP printer driver.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver; instructions are here:
