Missing OneNote Button

I'm a complrete newcomer to OneNote, although I'm an experienced user of the
other Office progs.

Read about ON the other day and decided to look, and liked the sound of the
Send to OneNote Button for use when surfing. When I went to try it however I
couldn't see anything.

I'm using Vista Home Premium, Office 2007 (haven't put SP1 on yet as I'm
waiting a few weeks to do so), and IE7

Can't see any relevant settings in Tools/Options in OneNote itself.

I searched trhe archives here and saw a few references to this prob. I
checked the IE Tools settings but its not there. I ran Office Diagnostics (
reported no probs other than the update to be done).

I'm guessing I should try a re-install, but before I do I was wondering if
I'm missing anything obvious?

Hope I've given enough background info.

Thanks

Just to confirm - it's the button in IE which sends data into OneNote that
is missing?

In IE7 - go to Tools | Internet Options | Programs | Manage Add-ons. "Send
to OneNote" is not listed in any of the Show: view there?
