MS ACCESS Error in DataBase HELP!

Hi,

I am running an Access Front End Application with MS Access 2000
runtime to link with a Access Database back end. I am running Windows
XP service pack 2.

This is Transit software application linked to MSAccess database
backend.

When working in our "run setup" function, when I try to move a
passenger into a run with no passengers assigned to it I get this
MSACCESS error.

MS Access has encountered a problem and needs to close: It wants to
Repair my open database and restart MS Access. If I do NOT do this it
kicks me completely out of the database.

If I DO let it repair the database, it creates a Backup Database but
does not fix it. I have run the compact & repair utility, does not fix
it. I have used AccessFix on the back end , but still have NO Fix!

Please help!!!

This is the Error signature:
