MS Groove synchronization and status issue

Hi
Our team and me have installed Groove 2007 and it's working on all PCs
except my. Let me describe the problem.
First of all, all users from the workspace are in Offline status for me. My
status for all other users also Offline. At the same time, I can successfully
send messages to users, but they can not.
Sometimes file synchronization comes very slowly (or even interrupted and
restored only after rebooting) though almost all of us connected to LAN.
I tried to re-install Groove and it did not help me.
Could comebody help me to solve the problem? Please!
