MS Project 2003 Error on Startup: Database Upgrade Utility 1004

Hmmm

I just installed MS Project 2003 and had previously install Project 2000.
Everytime I open the Project 2003 application I receive an error:
"Database Upgrade Utility 1004
An unexpected error occurred with the method".

How can I fix this?

Dear Hmmm,
Have you installed the service packs? We got a similar error that Service
Pack 1 fixed. Hope this helps.
