MS Project 2013: Adjusting Printed Row Heights

My problem is this:

In the Gantt view of my project the row heights vary due to longer task descriptions.

In print preview & actual printed copies, row heights remain uniform & do not respect the row heights I have dictated in the Gantt view (ie the longer descriptions of larger row height are cut off in Preview; as there, they are shown in smaller row height that is uniform with rest)

I know that through editing the entry table I can change the uniform row height to a larger size however that does not suit my intention, as I do not wish for a uniform row height. The intention is to print a schedule showing various row heights corresponding to the length of the task descriptions.

This function was automatic in previous versions of Project yet does not seem available in 2013.

Please help.
