MS Word Quick Access Toolbar Disappears each time I restart PC!

Hello-

I am using MS Office 2007 on a Windows XP Pro SP3 PC.
I have customized the Quick Access Toolbar with a variety of tools, etc.

Whenever I launch MS Word 2007 after I have restarted my PC, all the tools
that I have added to the Quick Access Toolbar are gone! This happens after
every restart.

Has a configuration file been deleted or corrupted?
Any ideas on how to fix this?
