My Timesheet behavior

In PS 2007, I have a resource who submitted time against several tasks
of a project. The PM was editing the plan during the time the
resource was submitting. When I run a query against the Reporting
Database pulling assignments that have Actual Work submitted from the
timesheet data, a couple of the tasks do not return. When I look at
the timesheet, the tasks that are not returning appear to be grayed
out (the task name cannot be clicked to take you to the assignments
detail page). The other tasks are active (can click on the task and
go to the details page). I've checked the tasks and they are all open
to updates, the assignment owner is the resource, the resource is
committed in the plan, etc, everything that I know to check. I can't
see any difference in the assignment data between the ones that can be
clicked and the ones that can't. Is there another condition in the My
Timesheet page that would cause a task to display but not be
"active"? The resource can enter hours against the tasks. When a new
timesheet is created by the resource, the same condition exist. The
timesheet option is show only current tasks is not checked.

Any ideas?

Maybe it is grayed out because the tasks are pending approval by the PM? As
PM, check if these tasks are pending on your pwa screen and approve it and
then PUBLISH. Maybe this might clear it out?

Thanks. All updates have been accepted by the PM and the plan has
been published. I also tried publishing with the Publish Flag set to
NO on the tasks and then publishing again with YES but the same
condition exists.

Assume you checked the queue to see if the updates have gone through,
especially the publishing. Also, check the MyTimesheets view from the user
perspective to see if the Approval for those items are indicating green. Just
trying to think it through..
