New Windows 7, Outlook Giving "Could Not Connect To Incoming Mail Server"

I just go a new computer with Windows 7 (moving from XP). I installed
Office 2003 and I configured Outlook. When I test the settings
everything works but the POP3 test. I get "Could Not Connect To
Incoming Mail Server". I know my settings are correct (server + port
110). I have Norton security. I disabled all mail related security
without any change. Is the problem with Windows 7, Norton or
Outlook? Help!

We heard you the first time. Who is your ISP? Call them to double-
check the proper settings for your pop3 account in MS Outlook '03.

P.S. Norton is bloat/shit ware. You're better off NOT buying it.
