OAB Offline Address Book Question

Windows XP SP2
Outlook 2003
Exchange 2007 SP1

We originally thought the offline address book was not updating however this
is not the case. It seems as if there are two “domain.com all†address
under the All Address Lists and only one of them are updating against the
GAL.

We have tried deleting the *.oab files hoping the address book rebuild
without the "domain.com all" list that is not updating. Forcing Outlook to
download the OAB is sucessful with one of the address lists but not the
second one.

Any thoughts on how to how to remove extra “domain.com all†list that is
not updating?
