Office 2007 Diagnostics-Disk Error

Hi,

I am running Office 2007 Enterprise win XP Pro and the problem seems to be
isolated with Word. It will open documents very slowly and when I run the
Office diagnostics I receive the following error: Execption processing
Message c00000a3 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c. My hard
manufacturer tests and Microsoft CHKDSK shows no problems. Sytem is very
stable with no other issues. No viruses and HDD test ok except via Office
2007 diags. Any ideas.
