Office 2007 fails to find cab file

I have noticed this seems to be a common problem with 2007. I have a fully
legal disk and am loading it on a fresh copy of XP with all service packs and
updates installed. It gets about half way through and then says "Can't Find
ProPlusr.WW\ProPLRww.cab." I've tried searching for it to no avail. What's
wrong?
