Office apps suddenly won't install

Steve

I recently downloaded an Office 2007 app on a free trial basis. When the
free trial ended, all of my previously installed Office 2003 apps stopped
working. When I try to start Outlook, Word, Excel, etc., they begin to
install, and then a dialogue box comes up saying something like "Installing .
.. ." Eventually, a dialogue box comes up asking me to install the original
installation CDs for Office 2003. However, I don't have the CDs with me. I
recently moved and they are in another city in a storage locker. What can I
do to "reactivate" my Office 2003 apps?

Thank you.

Probably nothing until you get the install CD. When you installed the
trial, you apparently overwrote the setup for the 2003 programs and you will
at a minimum have to do a repair install of Office '03.

Of course you have uninstalled the trial, correct?
