Office XP with Simplified & Traditional Chinese

Hi

We currently have Office XP and have a need to convert documents in Word
between Simplified and Traditional Chinese. This is a feature available in
Office 2007 I believe, but is this functionality added if we use the
Multilingual User Interface kit for Office XP ?

I am trying to find out what the MUI kit contains before buying it!

Are there any other tools available that will do this?
