old pages returning

hi to all the community

on my desktop I have vista ultimate as my os and am using onenote 2007.

when I sync onenote from my desktop to my usb some old pages are still there
when I have moved them to a new section or new notebook.

These items are still there but the old page(s) still come back.

When I sync to my laptop which has vista premium the same thing happens.

All help greatly appreciated.

I have read these with most of the comments
and although I have learned new things from these links.

It "DOES NOT" help with my "old pages returning".
