I was hoping that One Note Mobile could sync with more than one section, but
saw a previous post saying it could not. I am using notes in Outlook
(categorized) syncing through PhatNotes for Outlook to my phone.

Does anyone know if their is any type of One Note Add-In that could
facilitate this, or if the next release will offer this flexibility?

Yes, this the basic construction in ON2007.
I am using notes in Outlook (categorized) syncing through
PhatNotes for Outlook to my phone.

I do not know "PhatNotes".
I had used Outlook Notes for quite some time and synched with my PDAs.
But meanwhile I have given up using Outlook notes at all. I transferred
all notes from outlook into ON (using the "ExportOutlookNotestoOneNote"
PowerToy"[1]) and deleted all notes in Outlook.
Does anyone know if their is any type of One Note Add-In that could

I think to gave heard that the features of ON Mobile will ne improved.
And as in the current TP (Technical Preview) ON Mobile is not yet
operable, I don't know anything in the details.
