open MS Access 79 Data Base file with Arabic Language in office 20

Hi I have win Xp environment installed recently after win 98 , now i have
office 2003 , before was 97, my problem is that i ahve some old batabase
files 97 virsion dont open properly on office 2003 , these files contain
Arabic language and even if its open the Arabic language give me strange
characters , although i have already the arabic language installed and
defined on my computer

i'll Appriciate any help in that issue
