Opening Files

I am having trouble importing CAD or DWG files back into Visio. I do not have
trouble saving Visio Created files as CADs however. How do I solve this? The
message I get is "The file may not be a DDWG or DXI file. It may not be in a
supported version of the DWG file format or may be corrupted."
I have tried several DWG files from several sources, Autocad 2005 and 2006.

The most recent version of AutoCAD supported by Visio is AutoCAD 2000. You
will need to save your drawings back to this format in order to bring them
into Visio.
