I have created an org chart pulling information from an ODBC connection using
Vision 2003. I checked the box regarding creating links between the same name
on different pages.
After saving my org chart as a web page, there is no linking. For instance,
my main page has about a dozen managers that I would expect to link to their
"department" pages when clicked. I would also expect clicking on the manager
in the department page would link back to the main managers page.
I have also tried creating a single page of all employees and the selected a
manager and clicked "Create Synchronized Copy" to make a new page and hide
the subordinates. There are no click events that display or move to a
subordinates page. The only click events seem to be Ctrl+Click to view
properties.
Am I doing something wrong or asking for too much?
I have googled NGs and the web for resources and haven't found much
regarding this issue. Did I miss something?
