outllook contact item - add follow up item / task item

a) Add Task Item to contact in public folder
We look desperate for a solution to add a task item to a
contact in a puplic folder in exchange.
Attach a Task Item to a contact in the local folder is not
the problem. The problem is attaching the task item to
appear in the task list of the contact in the public
folder.

b) Add Follow-Up Item to contact in public folder
The same problem adding a follow-up item to a contact in
the public/shared exchange folder.
Cannot find how/or where to add and create a follow up
item for a contact. The goal is that the contact will
appear in red colour if the follow up date is overdue.

Environment:
- Office 97 to 2K
- Win95-2k

Dvlp:
- Win 2k Engl.
- Visual Studio.Net
- C++ / MFC
