Outllook Crashes

Outlook 2007 only lasts for a couple of hours, then it crashes and I have to
reboot to get it working again. Get message (NOT RESPONDING, any any message
sent stays in outbox and does not get sent.) I also frequently get a message
that says the HOST PROCESS has Stopped. I have to reboot to get it working
again. HELP!
I am using Windows Vista.
