Outlook 2000 Error on Close

I'm running Outlook 2000 on Win XP on my laptop. Every time I close Outlook,
I get the Outlook has encountered an error and has to close/report the error
dialog box. It is rather annoying. I've tried doing a repair to the Office
Installation. I installed SP1, I've gone in and unchecked all Com and
Add-ons, I've turned off email scanning both incoming and outgoing on my AVG
Free Virus SW - it still happens. Any other suggestions.
