For several months have been using Outlook 2003 with Outlook Connector to
access three web based MSN Premium email accounts. Today applied all 16 of
the October 2006 Security Updates. Now, cannot receive any e-mail messages.
Can only send. All attemps to receive result in error message: Task
(e-mail address removed) - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80040126) : 'The
operation cannot be performed because the connection to the server is
offline.'
Have already tried "Detect and Repair" of Outlook.
