Outlook 2003

Ever since I transferrred all my data to a new hard drive, I have been
having problems. Now I can start the program and it looks fine, but
as soon as i try to delete a message or send and receive, I get an
error message.
the message says to shut down all outlook programs and run "repair &
detect" but it does not help.
Recently I got a message that said the I was missing the "zlill.dll
file"
Help.
