We recently made a switch from Office 2002 to Office 2007.
One of our administrative assistants made a booking in Outlook within a roo
calendar rather than using her personal calendar and adding the room as
resource. She now needs to change it to a different venue.
We can book it in the new venue. However, we cannot find a way to delete thi
event. (Compounding problem: This is also a recurring event for several weeks i
a very busy room. So even though it's free, no one can book it, leading t
several people thinking they have the room at the same time.)
In 2002, I would log on as the resource and delete it manually, but since th
resource is set up as a room, I no longer have access.
Any thoughts from anyone?
