I have been trying to resolve Dr. Watson issues on
multiple PCs running Windows NT and Outlook 98. In most
cases, Outlook crashes while the user is typing an e-mail
message. I have tried re-installing Outlook, running
whatever updates are still available for Outlook 98, and
I also tried re-installing Outlook. I also tried
creating a new Outlook profile as well as re-building the
user's entire profile. I also tried copying the
MAPI32.DLL, MAPI.DLL, AND MAPISP32.EXE files from another
machine, but nothing I have tried so far has seemed to
work. (These problems are intermittent, about 2-3 times
a week) Does anyone know of any real and permanent
solutions for this?
