Outlook Crashes when Opening Calendar/Inbox in New Window

The Outlook crashes whenever I tried to open another instance of outlook, or
right-clicking on Calendar/Inbox and then clicking "open in new window".

It will just exit without giving any error messages. And, it was working
well previously!

Please advise me, thank you!
