Outlook not opening - olmapi32.dll error

Hello all,
I cannot open Outlook 2007. Problem happened a few days ago, and I've
been searching for the answer to no avail. Thought I would try here.

Whenver I try to open it, it asks me if I want to launch it safe mode.
When I click yes, it brings up "The installation source for this product
is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access
it"

Then it closes down that window.
Then I try to reopen it again and it says "The required file
OLMAPI32.dll cannot be found in your path. Install Microsoft Office
Outlook again".

Then it brings me to the error reporting screen where they are very
sorry for my inconvenience. How nice!

When I go to try to reinstall Microsoft Office it says Setup did not
complete successfully. And again, they are sorry for my convenience.
This is the data that was in the error signature

This was what the error report contents says:

Any one have any ideas what my problem might be?

And what is in that log?
Probably at the bottom of the log you'll find more info on what was really
wrong.

Did you uninstall Office 2007 first?
You can try running this manually cleaner before installing it;
