Page Border apply

i want to put page border to only one page that 2nd page and other shouldn't
apply this border, am using 2007 word,

Page layout then page background – page borders –
In art – select star
Apply to; this section

But it apply to apply to all page. I also use other two option of apply to.

How can I apply this only for 2nd page

You need a section break before the second page; then you can make use the
option to add borders to the first page of the newly created section only.
