.pdf attachments

..pdf attachments to an email received by Entourage will not 'Open' in
Entourage. Saving them and then attempting to Open them with Adobe Reader
(V 9.3.2) also fail. In both cases the Adobe Reader error message states
"There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could
not be repaired."

With the same email received in Apple's Mail, the .pdf attachment opens with
no problem.
