Pivot Table Page Break Issue

I have a pivot table that prints on 15 pages. If I choose the option for the
field setting in column 1 to insert a page break after each section, the
report then has 19 pages. But, Excel will only print preview and print 15
pages. The page breaks look correct. The page break preview shows the other
4 pages are in the print area. I have even told it to ignore all print areas
but nothing changes. Any ideas?
