Printing 3x5 cards

Access 2007

I want to print each record on a separate 3x5 card.

The page setup for both forms and reports does not appear to allow you to set custom page sizes.

Thanks in advance.

I do a Ctrl-P.
I click the Setup button.
There does not appear to be anywhere to set the page size.

Could you be more specific as to how to set things to 3x5.
Thank you for your help.

I finally figured out how Access handles the printing size issue. It is
rather complex and would take several pages to explain. Thanks for your
help.

Go to Printers in Windows and create a printer. A printer is really a
device, not a physical machine. Point it to the port that your printer is
connected to and tell it which machine to load a driver for. Then save that
printer with a different name. For instance I built a black and white
printer so that I wouldn't use any color toner, and named it OKI B&W. Now
open the properties for that printer, and go to the General tab.

At the bottom, you should see a button that is labeled something like
"Printing Preferences" Go there and if your printer has a decent set of
drivers, you should see a paper size dropdown. If your printer can handle
3x5 cards, you'll find it there.
