One of our users is trying to print Rich text emails in Outlook 2003.
When he tries to print/print preview he gets a "The operation failed"
error message.
If he forwards the email to anyone (including himself) it prints fine,
if he converts it to plain text/html it works fine.
As such we are curently using the forward to himself solution as a
work-around. I am however at a loss as to why this is occuring in the
first place. Anyone have any ideas?
